Pilates Gym

A Pilates gym is designed to use natural movement and resistance as a means of toning and strengthening your muscle groups. Most of these exercises are meant to work a variety of muscles at the same time. Pilates is also a great way to increase your flexibility.

The Pilates gym has been especially popular with women. Pilates is not designed to add bulk, but rather to tone muscles, giving them a longer, leaner appearance. These machines are often lightweight and compact, making them easy to store when not in use.

A Pilates gym also offers a low-impact workout routine. This means much less stress on your joints and muscles. These machines can often be purchased relatively inexpensively.
