Gym Workout

A quality gym workout doesn’t have mean muscle pain the next morning. In fact, most experts recommend starting slowly when beginning an exercise routine. This helps reduce the likelihood of injury and helps you from getting discouraged.

If you incorporate free weights into your gym workouts, be sure to use a spotter. Unlike exercise machines, free weights have to safety mechanism to prevent them from causing injury. A spotter is the best way to ensure safety when doing heavy lifting.

Slow movements are generally recommended when getting a gym workout. Slow movements when lifting utilize more muscle fiber and you’ll be able to see positive results. Using quick movements isn’t as effective and can lead to injury.
